Wintertide Music Support Volunteer

Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th November 12pm - 10.30pm (And some help with set up from 4pm)

Wintertide takes over Hartlepool's Historical Headland with three days of artistic programming that surprises and delights, transforming spaces and places, encouraging people to see the everyday in a different way.

Wintertide offers a wonderful programme of music taking place in various pubs and venues across The Headland.

Volunteers like you are at the heart of everything we do. Join us today and together we'll make Wintertide 2023 a festival to remember!

What will you be doing?

Signposting visitors to the festival programme and venues across the Headland. Helping set up spaces before gigs. Stewarding at gigs. Supporting artists and performers where needed. Clearing up venues after gigs.

What skills are we looking for?

Enthusiasm and a smile. Responsibility and reliability. A can do attitude. Good communication skills. A love of music and performance. If you have any accessibility requirements please let us know and we will be happy to tailor the volunteering opportunity to suit you..

Once you have signed up to be part of Tees Valley Festivals Volunteering you will receive training in Customer Service and Health & Safety. There will be opportunities for further training in Inclusivity & Accessibility, Working with Children, Digital Capture, Content Creation and Social Media, and Sound and Technical Production. You can also get involved in some exciting creative community art and music workshops which will be running across the Tees Valley. And you can earn, and take part in, the RSA's wonderful new Badge Nation Award Programme.
