Tees Valley Festivals Volunteer (Stockton, Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland)
Tees Valley Festivals is a network of over 20 award-winning creative arts festivals, all of which rely on their fabulous volunteers to deliver these special events to their communities.
What will you be doing?
- Meeting and greeting visitors and making them feel welcome,
- assisting on information points,
- working with artists and performers,
- ticketing and monitoring attendance,
- selling merchandise,
- assisting workshop facilitators,
- setting up and taking down the event.

We can pay your travel expenses, and you'll receive a meal or a meal voucher when you volunteer for a full day or evening shift.
Once you have signed up to be part of Tees Valley Festivals Volunteering you will receive training in Customer Service and Health & Safety. There will be opportunities for further training in Inclusivity & Accessibility, Working with Children, Digital Capture, Content Creation and Social Media, and Sound and Technical Production. You can also get involved in some exciting creative community art and music workshops which will be running across the Tees Valley. And you can earn, and take part in, the RSA's wonderful new Badge Nation Award Programme.
